About the Position
Exhava Home Care is actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. We provide exceptional one-on-one, in-home care to our clients, and we're looking for caregivers who are dependable, caring, and passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
- Help with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met.
- Assist with mobility and provide safe transportation when needed.
- Document care activities and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
Requirements
- Previous caregiver experience or experience in a similar role preferred.
- Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
- Recent TB test results or chest X-ray documentation.
- Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.).
