Position Summary As a Medical Assistant you'll play a pivotal role in our multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless patient experiences and supporting our providers in delivering top-tier care. This multifaceted role offers the opportunity to work closely with diverse providers and staff, ensuring every day is dynamic and rewarding.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Escorting patients to appropriate treatment rooms and ensuring their comfort. Critical thinking skills. Ability to determine the order of patients being seen in an integrated schedule. Patients are all scheduled to arrive at the same time and will all see each of the 3 providers. It is up to the Medical Assistant to decide which patient will see which provider in order to make sure neither the provider or patient spends time waiting to be seen. Preparing and sanitizing treatment rooms before and after patient visits. Assisting providers with documentation, including accurate SOAP notes. Supporting rehab staff with patient care and facilitating smooth patient flow between in-office treatments. Assisting with advanced procedures, including IV therapies, joint and spinal injections, and regenerative esthetic procedures. Collaborating with front office staff on charting, inventory management, and administrative tasks. Contributing to initial and re-evaluation examinations to support comprehensive patient care. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities We're looking for a positive, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable team player to join our vibrant practice A passion for teamwork, patient care, and embracing a fast-paced, innovative medical environment. Education & Experience Medical Assistant ( MA), Certified Medical Assistant ( CMA) certification, or a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN).
