What You'll Do
- Process vehicle title and registration paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Verify documentation to ensure compliance with state regulations
- Maintain organized files and records
- Assist customers with title, registration, and documentation questions
- Provide administrative support to the dealership team
- Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems
- Work closely with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
What We're Looking For
- Previous administrative, clerical, or customer service experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Vehicle title experience is a major plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
Schedule
- Full-time position
- 5 day work week
- Must be available to work Saturdays from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
