Project Manager (AI-Focused)

We’re working with a fast-growing Berlin-based tech scale-up that’s building innovative, AI-driven products used by forward-thinking businesses across Europe. As they continue to scale, they’re looking for a Project Manager who’s excited about AI and keen to grow into the space.
This role is ideal for someone early in their career, coming from consulting, tech consulting, or a client-facing project environment, who brings strong structure, communication skills, and curiosity about emerging technologies.
The Role:
You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver client-facing projects, helping translate business needs into structured delivery plans. You’ll be exposed to cutting-edge AI use cases and supported in developing hands-on experience in building with AI.
What They’re Looking For:
- 2–4+ years’ experience in consulting, tech consulting, or project management roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A structured, analytical way of thinking
- Genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies (no deep expertise required)
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn
- Fluent German (essential) and strong English
