Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 6+ years
- Strong hands-on implementation experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Data Cloud in 1–2 end-to-end projects.
- Strong expertise across Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Advertising Studio, Reporting, Einstein, and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture, best practices, and solution design principles.
- Experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions.
- Strong experience integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, and third-party applications.
- Hands-on development experience with AMPscript, SQL, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS), HTML, and CSS.
- Experience developing responsive email templates and dynamic, personalized email campaigns.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Cloud data models, Contact Builder, Data Extensions, Subscriber Management, and audience segmentation.
- Experience building customer journeys, automation workflows, triggered communications, and multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience creating technical architecture, implementation diagrams, and solution documentation.
- Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, and campaign performance analytics in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to business and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), CRM integrations, and enterprise marketing automation strategies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable technical solutions.
- Translate business requirements into Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical designs and implementation plans.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy customer journeys, automation workflows, and multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Content Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio, Advertising Studio, Reporting, Einstein, and APIs.
- Design and develop dynamic, responsive email templates following industry best practices for email rendering and mobile responsiveness.
- Develop personalization and automation using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Implement and manage integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, Service Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), and third-party systems.
- Create and maintain technical architecture diagrams, implementation documentation, and solution design artifacts.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and campaign performance analytics within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security, governance, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Balance priorities across multiple projects and client engagements while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, testing, deployment, and release activities.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership to project teams.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud product enhancements and recommend continuous improvements to the organization's marketing technology landscape.
