About the Role

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration is a growing, family-owned fire, water, storm damage, and mold remediation company.

We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent our company in the local market by building relationships, opening doors, and generating qualified meetings — without the pressure of a traditional sales position.

This is a relationship-building and territory development role, not a closing role.

Senior sales staff handle pricing, negotiations, and deal closing.

Job Responsibilities

  • Make face-to-face visits to local businesses
  • Build relationships with property managers, commercial facilities, insurance agents, plumbers, and business owners
  • Navigate gatekeepers professionally
  • Identify potential service needs
  • Schedule “at-the-desk” meetings for senior sales
  • Attend meetings alongside senior sales (no solo closing)
  • Represent the company at networking events and Chamber meetings
  • Maintain long-term relationships after onboarding

This is primarily an outside sales / field-based role with strong relationship focus.
