Farmers Insurance District 04 is looking for motivated sales professionals who want to learn the insurance business, develop local relationships, and grow inside an established agency environment.
This opportunity may be a good fit for someone coming from mortgage, real estate, banking, automotive sales, financial services, retail management, or business-to-business sales.
You will receive training, coaching, and support while developing the skills needed to succeed in insurance sales and agency development.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with local prospects, clients, and referral partners
- Sell insurance products based on client needs
- Learn how to quote, present, follow up, and retain clients
- Participate in district coaching and agency training
- Work toward licensing, product knowledge, and sales goals
- Support local marketing, community outreach, and business development
Compensation will be salary plus commission during the program (once licenses are attained)
$24,000- $48,000

Requirements
Qualifications
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
- Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain
- Life & Health license a plus
- Strong communication skills and professional follow-up
- Self-motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable with phone calls, networking, and prospecting
- Interest in long-term career growth and possible agency leadership
Compensation
Base compensation plus commission opportunity. Growth opportunities may be available based on performance, licensing, and business readiness.
