We are looking for an HR Helpdesk Executive to act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries. The role involves handling end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, and general HR support while ensuring timely and accurate resolution of employee concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary HR helpdesk contact for employees and resolve day-to-day HR queries Manage queries related to the complete employee lifecycle (hire to fire). Coordinate with respective stakeholders and ensure TAT adherence
Required Skills & Competencies :
Sound knowledge of HR operations and generalist functions Understanding of HR operational activities & employee lifecycle management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Good organizational and coordination skills Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and basic reporting Prior experience in handling employee queries and HR support will be an advantage
