Manage all inbound receiving from vendors and/or customer returns to ensure quality standards are met and ensure accurate inventory receipts. Manage and control all inventory transactions following company best practices to ensure high level inventory accuracy within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Manage and schedule all inbound receipts using ShipHawk WMS
Quality inspect all items received and apply receiving labels to each received item/pallet
Receive inbound delivered within 24 hours of delivery
Manage and quarantine all returns
Notify leadership of any damages or discrepancies with inbound products using company provided systems
Generate daily cycle counts in WMS and assign to team members
Cycle count low quantity, out of stock, or end of run items - as they appear
Investigate and report on any/all inventory discrepancies found
Document all returns of damaged or rejected shipments within FedEx manager filing claims as needed
Provide a quarterly report reflecting all on hand inventory expiring within the upcoming 6 months
Assist in planning and conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory audits as needed
Manage and oversee all donations while tracking cost of goods donated while assuring proper adjustments in WMS
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Forklift Experience Required (1 year)
Inventory control experience
Experience working in a warehouse environment (1 year)
Efficient in Excel/Google Sheets
Experience with RF scanners
Experience with ShipHawk WMS preferred but not required
