Bone Dry Roofing is looking for a skilled Masonry Supervisor to manage day-to-day masonry activities across residential and commercial projects. In this role, you will direct field crews, oversee project execution, and ensure all work is completed according to company standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have a strong background in masonry construction, experience guiding teams in the field, and the ability to coordinate labor, materials, and schedules to keep projects on track. Responsibilities include reviewing project specifications, monitoring workmanship, coaching and developing crew members, and serving as a key point of communication between employees, customers, and management. This position requires at least three years of masonry experience and a minimum of one year in a supervisory or team leadership capacity. Candidates should possess a thorough understanding of masonry methods, construction materials, and safe work practices, along with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role is primarily field-based and involves working outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks. Applicants must be able to occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds, climb ladders to assess project requirements, and travel between local job sites. A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance standards are required, as is the ability to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
