PushOwl is a fast-growing eCommerce SaaS company serving 50,000+ customers globally, primarily in the US and Europe. We help brands like Levi’s, Louis Vuitton, Tissot, Chanel, and L’Occitane drive revenue through targeted marketing. We are part of Brevo and are building a powerful omnichannel marketing suite.
PushOwl by Brevo is looking for a Brand & Content Lead to own our narrative across the US Shopify ecosystem. But we aren’t playing by the old 2020 marketing playbook. We are building an AI-first, short-form video-driven media engine for 2026.

What You’ll Own
Short-form video first: TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn—educational, entertaining, scroll-stopping.
Community-led growth: Turn power users into advocates, build where customers already are
Narrative over features: Position PushOwl within bigger market shifts, make our strategy part of our identity
Distribution-native content: Create for algorithms and shareability, not just quality
Authenticity & transparency: Share the real story—our strategy, wins, learnings
Influencer & creator partnerships: Identify and activate micro-influencers and creators in the Shopify/ecommerce space who can authentically promote PushOwl
What We're Looking For
4-8 years in brand/content/growth marketing at SMB-focused B2B SaaS companies selling to US customers
Not enterprise SaaS—you've built brands for smaller businesses who buy quickly and care about value
Portfolio showing modern brand work: short-form content, community initiatives, narrative-driven campaigns
Deep understanding of the US market dynamics, buying behaviour, and cultural nuances
AI-First & Vibe Marketing (Non-Negotiable)
Create landing pages, content creatives, and marketing assets using AI tools—this is table stakes
Use AI to 10x output: scripting, design, messaging testing, page building
You ship fast without waiting for agencies or designers
You Can Execute
Comfortable on camera or finding talent who can be
Write, design, edit, and publish across formats
Balance quality with velocity—perfect is the enemy of shipped
Build content engines that scale without linear cost increases
What Success Looks Like
PushOwl becomes a recognized brand in the Shopify ecosystem within 12 months ● Consistent content output driving measurable traffic, engagement, and conversions ● Community of advocates actively promoting the brand ● Influencer and creator network amplifying our message organically ● Brand becomes a competitive moat for customer acquisition and retention
Your Duties
Brand positioning, voice, and narrative for the US SMB audience
Content production across platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok/Instagram, Twitter/X)
Community building and engagement with customers and partners
Influencer partnerships and creator collaborations in the Shopify/ecommerce space
Ecosystem presence—how we show up in Shopify community, partner channels, industry conversations
Metrics: brand lift, engagement, content performance tied to business outcomes
