We are looking for a highly capable and proactive Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day business operations. This role is responsible for overseeing office administration, employee operations, facilities, procurement, vendor management, payroll coordination, asset management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Beyond operational execution, we are looking for someone who can build scalable systems, improve operational efficiency, lead a growing operations team, and leverage technology and automation to modernize internal workflows and processes.
The ideal candidate is a strong people manager, highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilties
Operations & Office Administration
Oversee end-to-end office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the workplace.
Drive procurement activities including vendor sourcing, negotiations, purchasing, inventory, and cost optimization.
Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and internal processes to improve efficiency and accountability.
Ensure compliance with administrative, statutory, and operational requirements.
Employee Operations & Administration
Manage employee administration processes including onboarding, documentation, attendance coordination, payroll support, reimbursements, leave tracking, and exit formalities.
Partner with HR and Finance teams to ensure smooth people operations and employee support.
Organize employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, offsites, and internal initiatives that strengthen company culture.
Maintain and improve employee experience through efficient operational support systems.
Vendor & Asset Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, service providers, and external partners.
Monitor vendor performance, contracts, SLAs, and renewals.
Manage company assets including laptops, devices, office equipment, software licenses, and inventory systems.
Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of operational assets and records.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team across administrative and operational functions.
Set team goals, establish accountability frameworks, and improve team productivity.
Build scalable operational capabilities as the organization grows.
Process Improvement & Automation
Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements across departments.
Drive digitization and automation of operational workflows wherever possible.
Organize operational data, reporting systems, dashboards, and documentation for better visibility and decision-making.
Evaluate and implement operational tools/platforms for workflow management, procurement, payroll coordination, asset tracking, approvals, and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline business operations through technology adoption.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, or related field.
5–10 years of experience in operations, office administration, workplace management, or business operations roles.
Prior experience managing teams and leading operational functions in a growing organization.
Strong understanding of office operations, procurement, facilities, payroll coordination, vendor management, and employee administration.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
Tech-savvy with experience using operational tools, spreadsheets, workflow systems, project management platforms, and automation tools.
Ability to create structure, improve processes, and drive operational excellence.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
Experience in startups or high-growth organizations. [preferred]
Exposure to workflow automation tools, no-code platforms, or operational analytics. [preferred]
Experience implementing operational systems, SOPs, dashboards, or process automation initiatives. [preferred]
Familiarity with HRMS, ERP, procurement, payroll, or asset management tools. [preferred]
