Job Description
- Lead and drive sustainable business growth in Turf and landscape segment across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa through strategic marketing leadership, portfolio management, market development and commercial excellence across AMEA (Asia, Middle East & Africa) & JANZ (Australia, New Zealand and Japan).
- Formulate & implement strategies and manage projects to achieve AMEA growth objectives with alignment to global aspirations & strategies
- Review development strategy to optimise product portfolio, prepare launch plans as required to support specific sector businesses on a country by country basis, ensure effective post launch activities to maximize growth, evaluate new opportunities, review channel/KAM strategy to maximize effectiveness.
- Manage and deliver SG turf sales budget & guide Singapore Turf technical sales Manager as his/her people manager.
- Provide a cohesive link between SPS & AG in the region across territory/country marketing, sales and development functions for efficient translation of strategy into country action plans
- Act as the bridge between customers, sales, R&D, Technical Services and Leadership.
- Co-ordinate & share best practices from around the world to inspire achievements in the region and key countries
- Lead digital agronomy and digital marketing acceleration

Qualifications
- Degree in Biological Sciences or related field.
- Minimum experience 5 - 10 years in turf and/or related fields.
- Proven channel strategy track record: build and execute partner plans, enablement, and effective “push” programs for value-added propositions.
- Solid technical knowledge of turf systems, key pests/diseases, and product performance to support credible customer and channel discussions.
- Strong market understanding of Turf & Landscape segments and the value chain across Asia, Middle East and Africa (and relevant global benchmarks).
- Deep marketing capability: segmentation, end-user key buying factors, value proposition development, targeting/positioning, branding, and disciplined project management.
