You will play a central role in translating emerging technology into a commercially viable product. This position requires a combination of strategic thinking, customer engagement, technical curiosity, and hands-on execution in an early-stage environment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Market Discovery & Validation: Evaluate and prioritize potential industry applications across sectors such as logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to understand operational pain points, workflows, and adoption barriers
  • Pilot Programs & Customer Engagement: Develop and manage pilot projects and proof-of-concept engagements with early customers. Collaborate closely with customers to define requirements, success criteria, and deployment strategies
  • Customer & Market Insights: Act as the primary interface between customers and the internal technical team. Translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable insights that help shape product development and roadmap priorities
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Contribute to the development of the company’s commercial strategy, including market positioning, pricing approaches, sales processes, and partnership models
  • Strategic Partnerships: Build relationships with technology partners, systems integrators, and industry stakeholders to support market entry and accelerate adoption

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in Business Development, Product Strategy, Technical Sales, or related roles in deep tech, AI, robotics, or industrial technology
  • Proven experience commercializing new technologies or launching new products
  • Strong communication skills with both engineering teams and enterprise customers
  • Experience managing pilots, proof-of-concepts, partnerships, or complex B2B engagements
  • Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or engineering background is a plus.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package
  • Various employee subsidies and perks, including public transportation and Wellpass
  • Work with a world-class team in a flat hierarchy, with direct collaboration alongside the founders and engineering team
  • Opportunity to make a real impact by working on cutting-edge robotics and AI systems
  • Fast growth potential in a rapidly evolving company and industry
  • International office environment with English as the official working language
