Location: Throughout the Bay Area (Vehicle Provided on Shift)
Salary: $70,304 per year (salaried position)

Position Details
Role: Operations Supervisor
Schedule: (4 Days on, 3 Days off - 12 hour shifts)
- THURSDAY - - - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- FRIDAY - - - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- SATURDAY - - - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- SUNDAY - - - 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Important: This is not a permanent day-shift position. Operations Supervisors rotate between day and graveyard schedules approximately every three months to support 24/7 operations coverage. Candidates must be comfortable working both shifts.
Key Qualifications
To qualify for either role, candidates should have:
- Preferred: Minimum of two years in a Lead or Supervisor role in Security
- Customer service expertise
- Current & Valid CA BSIS Guard Card and Firearm Permit
- Up-to-date BSIS Certifications
+ 8-Hour Initial Guard Card Course Certificate
+ 32-Hours of Continuing Education - Proven leadership skills, with a commitment to leading by example
- Outstanding communication and observation abilities
- Ability to effectively utilize mobile technology on the go
- Clean driving record and valid Drivers License
