Location: Hyderabad - Hybrid, 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday)
Job Overview:
ITSM Configuration & Development
Design and configure Incident, Problem, Change, Request (RITM/SCTASK), and CMDB modules as per client requirements.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Build and manage Flow Designer flows, Subflows, and Actions for process automation.
Configure SLA definitions, Assignment Rules, Notifications, and Approval workflows.
Manage Update Sets — creation, merging, previewing, and promoting across environments.
Conduct data imports using Transform Maps, Import Sets, and data source integrations
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations using Scripted REST APIs and Outbound REST/SOAP Messages.
Configure and extend Integration Hub spokes and steps for third-party system connectivity.
Develop and maintain REST and SOAP integrations using Scripted REST APIs and Outbound REST/SOAP Messages.
Configure and extend Integration Hub spokes and steps for third-party system connectivity.
Work with JDBC, LDAP, and email integrations for data synchronisation and user management. Implement OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and API key-based authentication flows.
Design and consume Transform Maps for inbound data normalization from external sources.
Write and execute ATF (Automated Test Framework) test suites for regression coverage.
Follow scoped application best practices and respect cross-scope access policies.
Implement ACLs and ensure role-based access control aligns with security requirements.
Participate in peer code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards.
Maintain technical documentation including solution design, integration specs, and test evidence.
Collaboration & Delivery
Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in sprint ceremonies — planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives (Agile/Scrum).
Support UAT, defect resolution, and hypercare activities post go-live.
Provide level 2/3 support for production issues and coordinate with platform administrators.
Required Skills and Experience:
Update Set management & environment promotion ATF (Automated Test Framework)
Scoped Applications development MID Server configuration CMDB & Discovery
Performance Analytics (PA) Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies.
Exposure to other ServiceNow Modules like CSM, ITAM, SecOps, etc. is an added advantage.
Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework concepts.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM
Experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
Exposure to ITIL processes.
Additional Requirements:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) Strong communication skills.
Ability to interact with customer teams directly (e.g. ServiceNow developers, process owners).
