Your role and responsibilities
As a theoretical research scientist with IBM Quantum, your job will be to advance the field of quantum computing. Areas of research include quantum error correction, fault tolerant algorithms, information theory, and compilation.
Required technical and professional expertise

Experience in academic graduate program related applicable area of quantum computing

Coursework or projects in applicable area

Experience performing theoretical research

Experience with one or more general purpose programming language
Preferred technical and professional experience

Strong publication record in high-impact journal.

Programming experience in core & scientific languages

Familiarity with Git and/or Github
