The Mission

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator to join our growing Cloud Project Management (CPM) team. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with a foundation in IT project coordination and a passion for client service. You will support the administrative and operational aspects of client-facing cloud projects, ensuring our delivery teams stay on track and our clients receive consistent, reliable communication. Your mission will be to serve as the operational backbone of the project team—managing schedules, documentation, and reporting so that Project Managers and delivery teams can focus on driving client outcomes. 

Your Assignment

  • Oversee the administrative functions of assigned projects including project onboarding, scheduling, and status reporting
  • Review and approve team timecards and monthly invoices in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with the Delivery team to track and report on project scope and budget against SOW deliverables
  • Maintain clear documentation of action items, risks, issues, and roadblocks and ensure they are communicated to appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist in fulfilling the Scrum Master role to support quality Daily Scrums and Agile ceremonies
  • Ensure the Caylent Agile delivery approach is properly set up and followed on each project; escalating deviations as needed
  • Contribute to CPM organizational initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
  • Build client trust through reliable project delivery and consistent communication

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in an IT coordination or project support role
  • 2+ years of client-facing experience in a consulting or professional services environment
  • Experience supporting standardized projects with budgets under $300,000 and teams of 3 or more
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive project logistics, reporting, and communications with minimal supervision
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to interact at both a business and technical level
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and time/budget tracking systems

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and infrastructure modernization concepts
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or must be willing to obtain within 90 days
  • Experience supporting Agile delivery teams in a consulting environment
  • Background in IT services, cloud consulting, or managed services

This role may require up to 25% travel, depending on business needs.
