Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE)
📍This position is open exclusively to candidates residing in North Carolina.
We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally sophisticated Vice President of Client Pipeline Development to lead and scale the organization’s client acquisition, intake operations, referral ecosystem, diagnostics growth strategy, and market development initiatives across all current and future markets.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
This is a highly integrated leadership role responsible for building the infrastructure, strategy, accountability systems, and cross-functional operational alignment necessary to support organizational growth while ensuring families move efficiently from referral to services. The Vice President of Client Pipeline Development will serve as the senior leader responsible for designing, optimizing, forecasting, and scaling the organization’s end-to-end client pipeline infrastructure.
The ideal candidate brings proven leadership-level experience within the ABA field overseeing:
- referral growth
- intake operations
- census development
- diagnostics expansion
- provider partnerships
- de novo market launches
- pipeline forecasting
- multi-site growth strategy
- operational scalability
Candidates without direct ABA growth leadership experience may not be considered.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required; or 3+ years of relevant experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience of progressive leadership experience within ABA operations, growth strategy, intake operations, business development, or client pipeline leadership
- Proven director-level experience scaling referral pipelines, census growth, and intake infrastructure within an ABA organization
- Demonstrated success supporting de novo clinic launches and multi-market expansion
- Proven experience overseeing enterprise KPIs, forecasting, dashboards, and operational reporting
- Highly strategic, operationally sophisticated, and systems-oriented mindset
- Strong experience building referral ecosystems, marketing & outreach, and provider partnership strategies
Work Environment:
- This role is based in North Carolina. Candidates must reside in NC and be fully set up to work from home. While the position is primarily remote, it requires regular in and out of state travel to visit centers, attend client outreach events, promote new center openings and participate in meetings as needed.
- Full-time 40+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening or weekend events for community outreach or marketing campaigns.
- Regular travel (25-30%) required for market visits, referral development, community events, and new center launches
