Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer support to German-speaking Booking.com clients through phone, email, and chat.

- Ensure all interactions are handled with care and accuracy to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system.

- Stay updated on Booking.com policies, products, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
