Responsibilities:
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment and shifting priorities
- Organize and maintain the seasonal sample library
- Retrieve and manage previous sample for fitting
- Log all incoming and outgoing samples into WIP and fit charts accurately
- Communicate daily with overseas factories, production team and design team regarding any updates for fit and status
- Track and maintain an updated record of samples borrowed by other departments
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in fashion design or technical design
- Bachelor’s degree in fashion required
- Proficiency in Excel and PLM system is plus(Centric)
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills
- Detailed oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift focus as needed
- Strong follow-through skills, especially following up with multiple teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - able to write succinct messages and communicate clearly
The salary range for this full-time role is dependent on experience between $55,000 - $60,000.
