National Ramp is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse operations to ensure an efficient flow of materials and products. Your contributions will be vital in helping us continue our mission to improve accessibility and enrich lives across North America.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will collaborate closely with other team members to receive, store, and distribute products, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment that prioritizes safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately and timely.
- Store products in designated locations while ensuring proper labeling and organization.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer requirements.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management to maintain accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the warehouse and report any hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to support daily operations.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or materials handling preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely; certification is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order management.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Location: Valley Cottage, NY (On-Site), 5 days a week.
Salary: The salary range for this position, based in Valley Cottage, NY, is $21.00-$24.00/hour, plus incentives. The final salary will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
