How you'll make a difference:

Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex architectural projects, overseeing planning, technical production, and contract administration

Translate client, stakeholder, and community aspirations into innovative architectural responses rooted in sustainability and performance

Lead the exploration and resolution of complex design and technical challenges, ensuring clarity of design intent throughout delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and maintaining strong working relationships

Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate architecture, structure, and building systems into cohesive solutions

Support and lead project pursuits, including RFQs, RFPs, fee proposals, and work planning

Partner with DIALOG leadership to support design focused client relationships and represent design intent with authorities having jurisdiction

Mentor, inspire, and grow teams while advancing design quality, emerging methodologies, and inclusive studio culture
Who you are:
-
12+ years of experience leading large-scale projects (>$100M construction value); experience in Aviation or other technical building typologies is an asset

Professional degree in Architecture required; master’s degree and registration (or eligibility) preferred

Proven design leader capable of directing multidisciplinary teams through conceptual, technical, and sustainability-driven decisions

Strong understanding of Revit and BIM platforms with the ability to provide strategic oversight of design workflows

Experience supporting project pursuits (RFQs, RFPs, fee proposals)

Organized, decisive leader with excellent client communication and risk management skills

LEED AP or similar sustainability credentials considered an asset
