The Role:
Responsible for executing defined Accuracy Testing research tasks in support of the Data Quality Insights program. This role performs structured research using approved authoritative sources and documented procedures to validate business attributes and digital presence data. The analyst focuses on accuracy, documentation quality, and adherence to established research standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Accuracy Testing research for assigned test types using approved sources and standardized instructions.
Validate business attributes such as digital presence, naming attributes, geospatial data, and contact information where research logic is clearly defined.
Apply research instructions consistently and document findings to support quality control and audit requirements.
Identify discrepancies, unclear results, or conflicting information and escalate according to defined procedures.
Meet productivity and accuracy expectations while maintaining high documentation quality.
Works closely with Quality Control reviewers and senior research staff to resolve questions.
Contributes directly to enterprise data accuracy by producing reliable, auditable research results.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 3 years of experience in research, data verification, investigative analysis, or data operations.
Demonstrated ability to follow structured procedures and apply them consistently.
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
Experience using public or commercial data sources.
