Support strategic pricing, packaging, and monetization initiatives across our product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, sales, and analytics and will play a meaningful role in how Entrata brings products to market and drives long-term revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Support pricing and packaging strategy initiatives, including new product launches, pricing changes, and bundle design.
Perform data analysis using SQL and BI tools to evaluate pricing performance, customer behavior, and revenue impact.
Build and maintain financial models to assess tradeoffs, scenarios, and recommendations.
Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and RevOps teams to gather inputs and align on execution.
Help develop clear, structured insights and recommendations for leadership
Assist with ad-hoc strategic analyses related to monetization, discounts, deal structures, and customer segments.
Contribute to ongoing improvement of pricing processes, tools, and documentation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (Excel / Google Sheets required; SQL and AI tools a plus).
Ability to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations
Structured thinker with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working cross-functionally and communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Interest in pricing, monetization, product strategy, and AI business models.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively by meeting deadlines and managing workload efficiently.
Maintain professional interaction with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment
Education and Experience Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, finance, or a related role.
AI & Operational Fluency:
AI Integration: Proactively leverages company-approved GenAI tools to automate routine tasks and accelerate high-value deliverables.
Strategic Oversight: Functions as the "Human-in-the-Loop," taking full accountability for auditing AI outputs for factual accuracy, brand alignment, and the removal of hallucinations.
Data Governance: Adheres strictly to AI security protocols, ensuring no proprietary or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data is exposed to unauthorized models.
Prompt Competency: Demonstrates the ability to craft clear, context-rich prompts to achieve consistent, high-quality results across various business domains.
