• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues to minimize downtime for customers
• Performing repairs and preventive maintenance on industrial compressed air systems
• Delivering professional field service and representing the company at customer locations
• Communicating clearly and effectively with customers regarding service needs and solutions
• Completing accurate service documentation using mobile apps or tablets
• Working independently in the field and managing jobs from start to finish
• Achieving high first-time fix rates and maintaining strong productivity standards

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and schematics
• Willingness to travel to customer sites

Preferred Qualifications:

• Electrical troubleshooting experience on industrial equipment
• High school diploma or GED
• Comfortable using mobile apps or tablets for service documentation
• Valid driver's license
