Job Description
Purpose of Position
To achieve Order and Sales targets for Konecranes and Demag Service products including repairs, retrofits, hoists and other light lifting equipment, spare parts, general overhauls and consultation services. The Sales Specialist - Service will be required to manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, and identify, prepare and send offers to customer in order to win orders to meet defined targets.
Day to day, you will be:
Selling service solutions including repairs, retrofits, parts, and modernisations
Scheduling regular client visits to maintain a strong sales pipeline
Understanding customer operations and offering tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions
Collaborating with service branches to ensure smooth handover and execution
Maintaining accurate CRM records to track and achieve sales targets
Qualifications
What we're looking for
Experienced in sales, ideally within industrial, mechanical, or electrical sectors
Technically minded - you understand how equipment works
Comfortable working to targets and engaging directly with customers
Strong communicator and confident negotiator
Proficient with CRM systems and reporting tools
Holder of a valid driver’s licence and willing to travel within your territory
