FIJI Water is seeking a Regional Operations Manager -East Coast to oversee our 3PL warehouse operations across Philadelphia, Savannah, Miami and Toronto. This leadership role blends operational expertise with strategic thinking, providing an opportunity to champion innovative initiatives that drive efficiency, cost performance, and best-in-class service across the region.

The ideal candidate will lead multi-site operations and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and advanced operational analytics. This is a high-impact position that will influence warehouse performance, operational excellence, and the overall success of FIJI Water’s supply chain.

The role of Regional Operations Manager – East Coast requires a hands-on, results-oriented leader with experience managing 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, and developing high-performing teams to achieve both short- and long-term operational goals. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Warehousing & Drayage, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence the strategy for FIJI Water Logistics operations, collaborate with FIJI and The Wonderful Company's Supply Chain leadership team, and leverage your creative and analytical skillset to solve strategic challenges across the supply chain function.

Job Description

The Regional Operations Manager - East Coast role requires blending strong internal capabilities with external perspectives, creating an opportunity to champion new initiatives that demonstrate breakthrough thinking. You'll lead highly visible projects that will have a significant impact on the direction and performance of the division.

  • Oversee multi-site 3PL warehouse operations across across Philadelphia, Savannah, Miami and Toronto, ensuring consistent performance and service levels
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews to ensure alignment, accountability, and operational excellence
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for site-level issues and coordinate support requests with the Headquarters Operations team
  • Provide support within the warehouse to the Drayage and Transportation teams for inbound and outbound shipments as needed to ensure smooth logistics and timely deliveries
  • Drive operational excellence across all warehouse functions, including inventory management, rotation (FIFO/FEFO), fulfillment, and shipping
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost performance
  • Manage KPIs and leverage data analytics to optimize processes and support data-driven decision-making
  • Collaborate with 3PL partners and IT teams to implement system, process, and technology improvements
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, proper stock rotation, product quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Control operational costs and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance targets
  • Lead, develop, and align teams while driving change management and a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or warehouse management
  • Experience working with suppliers and 3PL warehouse operations
  • Familiarity with SQF, BRC, ISO, and FSSC quality and food safety standards
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities
  • Strong leadership in safety, compliance, and environmental standards
  • Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, with demonstrated success leading improvement initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Solid financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder influence, and change management skills

Pay Range: $120,000 - $135,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
