Pete’s RV Center is hiring a full-time, in-office Customer Care Representative for our Business Development Center (BDC) in Florence, KY. In this role, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact—answering inbound calls, assisting customers with questions, and scheduling appointments for the right team. If you’re professional on the phone, organized, and motivated by goals and incentives, we’d like to meet you.

What you’ll do

Handle inbound calls and respond to customer questions with professionalism and care

·         Schedule, confirm, and manage customer appointments

·         Enter and update customer information accurately in internal systems

·         Coordinate with internal teams to route requests and ensure timely follow-up

·         Support a welcoming, high-energy customer experience

Requirements

·         Strong phone communication skills and a customer-first mindset

·         Reliable, punctual, and professional

·         Comfortable with computers for data entry and scheduling (including basic Excel)

·         Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-up

·         Positive attitude, coachable, and motivated by goals

Benefits

Training & Compensation

·         Paid training provided (immediate and ongoing)

·         After training: Averaging $45k to 60k annually, plus bonus opportunities

·         Currently qualified Customer Care Representatives are earning $55K plus

·         Full-time, onsite position (no remote work available)
