Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for skilled German-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading automotive company in Greece. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to automobile products, services, and after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer professional and courteous support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding automotive products, service appointments, and technical assistance.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting, booking maintenance, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems.
- Coordinate with sales, technical, and service teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive product knowledge, company policies, and market trends.
- Provide insights and feedback to management to enhance customer service and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital customer service platforms.
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
