3 Days a Week/WEEKENDS/ Springfield, Missouri & Surrounding Areas
Ready for a nursing role that gives you balance and purpose? We’re hiring a dedicated LPN or RN for Private Duty Nursing (PDN) with a consistent 3-day work week serving patients in Springfield, Missouri and nearby rural communities.
Position Highlights:
- Work just 3 days per week (consistent schedule)
- One-on-one, in-home patient care
- Serve both city and quiet rural settings
- Build meaningful, lasting patient relationships
- Supportive team and reliable communication
What You’ll Do:
- Provide individualized nursing care in the home
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Assist with daily living needs per care plan
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Active LPN or RN license (Missouri)
- Compassionate, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently in a home setting
- Strong clinical and communication skills
