Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer the opportunity for German-Speaking Netflix Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role involves providing exceptional customer support to German-speaking Netflix subscribers, with the added benefit of paid relocation to Greece.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service to German-speaking Netflix users via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, payments, and explaining Netflix features.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently to ensure a positive user experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve customer satisfaction and support processes.
- Stay updated on Netflix's products, policies, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication platforms.
