​We are looking for a strong Weekend Shift Supervisor to support our weekend shift. The Weekend Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production operations during weekend shifts, ensuring employees are working safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company expectations. This role focuses on people management, accountability, and floor presence, rather than technical fabrication expertise.

Location/Schedule: Byron, GA / Friday-Sunday  11:00am-11:00pm

Requirements

What You’ll Do:  

• Supervise and support employees across weekend operations 
• Maintain strong floor presence to monitor productivity, attendance, and behavior 
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards 
• Address employee concerns in real-time and escalate when necessary 
• Partner with Leads and Operations to ensure workflow continuity 
• Assist departments as needed to keep production moving 
• Complete and support employee documentation, including coaching, write-ups, and attendance tracking 
• Ensure proper shift handoff communication between 1st and 2nd shift teams 
• Promote a positive and accountable work environment 

Who You Are:   

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment 
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills 
• Ability to hold employees accountable and enforce policies consistently 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment 
• Basic understanding of manufacturing operations 
• Ability to work weekend schedule consistently 
• Experience in fabrication, welding, or metal manufacturing environments preferred 
• Experience with employee relations, coaching, and disciplinary processes preferred
