Role Overview
We are looking to hire an Enterprise Sales Lead to own and scale the enterprise sales motion for our AI-led customer engagement and commerce platform.
This is a high-impact, client-facing role responsible for driving new business acquisition, building strategic enterprise relationships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy for a category at the intersection of AI, marketing automation, and commerce.
The role involves managing end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, working closely with product and solutions teams, and establishing early lighthouse customers to drive adoption and credibility in the market.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Sales Strategy and Business Ownership
Own enterprise sales strategy and revenue growth across key sectors including hospitality, retail, BFSI, e-commerce, and digital-native businesses.
Identify and prioritize high-value enterprise accounts and build structured account acquisition and growth plans.
Drive adoption of AI-led customer engagement, lifecycle automation, and commerce solutions across enterprise clients.
Pipeline Generation and Deal Conversion
Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities, including large multi-brand and multi-property deals.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles covering discovery, solutioning, product demonstrations, commercial structuring, and deal closure.
Maintain strong pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and disciplined deal reviews.
Enterprise Stakeholder Engagement
Engage with senior stakeholders including CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Growth Heads, and CX leaders.
Identify high-impact business use cases across customer lifecycle, personalization, and revenue optimization.
Position solutions with a strong focus on business outcomes such as conversion, retention, LTV, and campaign efficiency.
Solutioning and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, engineering, and solutions teams to tailor deployments for enterprise workflows.
Translate client requirements into scalable product solutions and implementation strategies.
Influence product roadmap through structured feedback based on enterprise customer needs.
Account Expansion and Client Success
Build long-term account growth strategies including cross-sell, upsell, and multi-year engagement models.
Develop strong relationships with clients to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
