Role Summary:
We are looking for a Research / Consumer Insights / Data Science professional who can translate complex data into compelling, decision-ready narratives. This role will drive a unified view of audience behavior across TV and Digital, enabling leadership to take data-backed strategic actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Cross-Screen Data & Measurement
- Build and manage integrated deterministic datasets across TV & Digital ecosystems
- Design and own the “Total Audience Measurement” framework to deliver a unified view of reach, consumption, and engagement
Consumer Insights & Analytics
- Analyze cross-screen behavioral journeys and consumption patterns
- Generate actionable insights to solve key business problems
Performance Tracking & MIS
- Design and maintain centralized MIS dashboards tracking KPIs across business units
- Identify performance gaps and provide clear, data-backed recommendations
- Develop predictive models for cross-screen consumption and engagement trends
- Drive AI-led automation and analytics adoption to improve efficiency and scalability
Storytelling & Stakeholder Management
- Translate data into clear narratives and executive presentations
- Drive alignment through workshops and leadership forums
Qualifications & Key Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, analytics roles.
- Hands on experience of SQL & data processing.
- Strong grasp of business concepts and data interpretation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas and tailor messages for various audiences.
- Work in fast-paced environment.
