Role Overview

We are looking for a part-time Customer Support & Reception Coordinator to join our team as a key part of the first line of communication for both external clients and internal stakeholders. This role combines customer support, operational assistance, and light front-desk responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and service-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple communication channels while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.

Role Structure

  • Part-time position
  • Minimum 2 hours of physical presence in the office, 5 days a week (reception/front-desk coverage)
  • Remaining hours can be allocated to remote or on-site support work
