Description
LV Petroleum is seeking a results-driven Truck Wash Manager to lead our truck wash operations. This key leadership role is responsible for managing a team of attendants, ensuring efficient service delivery, facility cleanliness, safety standards, and top-tier customer service. The ideal candidate brings hands-on management experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily operations of the truck wash team
- Oversee vehicle and trailer washing, sanitation of facilities, and maintenance of equipment
- Manage scheduling, inventory, supply orders, and adherence to safety protocols
- Train, coach, and develop team members to maintain high service quality and efficiency
- Monitor equipment functionality and perform or coordinate basic troubleshooting and repairs
- Ensure full compliance with company procedures, cleanliness standards, and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional service to drivers and commercial customers while driving operational performance

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to work both indoors and outdoors in changing weather
- Valid Driver's License
