Our client is seeking highly motivated, proven Sales Executive(s) to join thier global business development team to lead their BPO services sales efforts. This is a strategic role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding client base, and positioning the company as the go-to partner for outsourcing solutions. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of the BPO industry, a robust network of industry contacts, and a proven ability to close complex deals with high-profile clients.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive growth in the BPO services sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on building long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including contract negotiations and post- sales support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized BPO solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on market trends, competitive landscape, and business opportunities.
- Mentor and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Experience you bring:
- Proven track record in developing and executing business development strategies that drive revenue growth within the BPO or CX outsourcing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities, building lasting relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Expertise in leading end-to-end sales cycles—from prospecting and solution design to negotiation, contract execution, and post-sale expansion.
- Strong background collaborating with cross-functional teams to create customized outsourcing solutions aligned with client goals.
- Skilled at building and managing robust pipelines, ensuring consistent deal flow and accurate forecasting.
- Experienced in representing the organization at industry events and conferences, elevating brand presence, and generating qualified leads.
- Ability to translate market trends and competitive insights into actionable strategies and business recommendations.
- Leadership experience, mentoring, and motivating high-performing sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.
Desired Skills/Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales leadership within the BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Proven track record of successfully selling BPO services and closing high-value deals.
- Strong understanding of BPO industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
