Warehouse / Driver at Charger Water Treatment Products

Description

Charger Water Treatment Products is seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse / Driver to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in warehouse operations including receiving, assembling, packing, and shipping products. You will also safely operate our delivery vehicles to transport water treatment products to our customers.

We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality water treatment solutions to both residential and commercial clients. As a Warehouse / Driver, you will play an essential role in maintaining our commitment to excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely drive company trucks to deliver products to various locations.
• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments in the warehouse.
• Assemble and prepare products for shipment.
• Ensure all orders are accurate and packed correctly.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting.
• Reliable attendance, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 75 lbs).
• Experience in warehouse and/or driving roles is preferred.
• Forklift certification or ability to operate warehouse machinery is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
• Reliable attendance, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

• $18 / hour
• Quarterly bonuses dependent on profitability of the branch, inventory turns, and audit score.

• $100 Quarterly bonus for answering emails 1/x week and participating in our company-wide culture program.
