We are looking for a Lead NetSuite Administrator to serve as the backbone of our ERP ecosystem in our Lenexa, KS office. In this role, you’ll do more than just manage a platform; you’ll lead a dedicated team—including a NetSuite Administrator and a Business Analyst—to ensure our systems are stable, scalable, and perfectly aligned with our business goals.
As our technical lead, you will be the bridge between IT and our Finance, Accounting, and Operations departments. You’ll oversee the day-to-day health of NetSuite while managing critical integrations with platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Dayforce. Key Responsibilities
Platform Governance: Lead the administration of users, roles, workflows, and custom records. Manage sandbox-to-production deployment cycles.
Technical Ownership: Act as the lead for integrations (ServiceNow, Salesforce, Dayforce) and partner with developers on complex data flows.
Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance and design approval for the NetSuite Admin and Business Analyst.
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Accounting and Finance to translate business needs into scalable technical roadmaps.
Data Integrity: Maintain high standards for data migration, reconciliation, and system documentation. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
What You’ll Bring:
Deep expertise in NetSuite financials, projects, and purchasing modules.
Proven experience managing complex integrations and third-party vendor relationships.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring and quality assurance.
Ability to communicate technical risks to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Experience
NetSuite Mastery: 3+ years of direct, hands-on NetSuite administration in a complex production ERP environment.
Certified Expert: Current NetSuite Administrator or Consultant Certification is required.
Technical Depth: Deep knowledge of the NetSuite security model (roles/permissions), SuiteFlow (workflows), saved searches, and custom record architecture.
Integration Savvy: Proven experience managing data flows and integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Dayforce).
Financial Fluency: You speak the language of "Finance." You have a proven ability to partner directly with Accounting and Finance teams to solve business challenges.
Leadership Presence: Experience acting as a technical lead, mentoring junior staff, or managing project prioritization for a small team.
Problem Solver: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot performance issues and communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points (Preferred):
Project Experience: You’ve been through a full-cycle ERP implementation or led a major NetSuite enhancement project.
Vendor Management: Experience collaborating with external implementation partners or third-party vendors.
Module Expertise: Strong familiarity with NetSuite Financials (General Ledger, AP/AR, and month-end close processes).
