HOMES is a thriving community of food and beverage businesses in Ann Arbor, MI. We operate a nationally acclaimed production brewery, brewpub, scratch pizza kitchen, coffee shop and roaster, alongside events & catering. Our pub and Campus kitchens are looking for a Line Cook to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys expressing themselves through food and desires to build their skills within a community of dynamic, growing businesses. You’ll be at the epicenter of our emerging concepts, empowered to use your craft to help manage kitchen processes safely and efficiently. Tons of room to learn and grow!

What You’ll Do:
- Execute dishes with consistency, care, and attention to detail
- Support prep, service, and station ownership from start to finish
- Communicate clearly with chefs, teammates, and FOH to keep service smooth
- Maintain a clean, organized, and dialed-in workspace
- Contribute ideas, stay curious, and keep leveling up your craft

Requirements
Who You Are:
- Passionate about food and always looking to improve
- Curious, coachable, and motivated to grow
- A team player who shows up with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Calm under pressure, but still brings good energy to the kitchen
- Respectful, emotionally aware, and easy to work with
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and lift when needed
Experience very much preferred, but not required. We’re happy to train the right person with the right mindset once they're acclimated.

Pay:
- $17–$30/hour (based on experience)

- Full-time (35–40 hours)
- Part-time (15–25 hours)
