Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene, and daily living tasks.
• Support individuals in achieving personal goals and developing new skills.
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document client progress and communicate any changes to the care team.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in direct care services preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain after hire.
