The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Esthetician Masseuse / Trainer to join our Geneva flagship Temple. This unique dual-role combines daily client-facing excellence with the strategic mission of training and elevating our global teams. You will be the guardian of L.RAPHAEL’s unique treatment protocols and the ambassador of luxury beauty worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Treatment Excellence – Geneva Temple
- Perform the complete portfolio of signature L.RAPHAEL facial and body rituals.
- Deliver transformative results and an unforgettable sensory journey to an exclusive clientele.
- Consistently achieve and exceed retail targets through product prescription and storytelling.
- Conduct in-depth skin diagnostics and create bespoke longevity beauty plans.
Global Training & Brand Standards (up to 30 % travel)
- Design and deliver hands-on certification programmes for new hires and existing teams in Geneva and abroad.
- Travel regularly to our spas to conduct workshops and courses.
- Coach therapists worldwide on luxury selling rituals and L.RAPHAEL storytelling.
Requirements
Who We Are Looking For
A world-class esthetician with a true trainer’s vocation and a passion for science-backed longevity.
Proven Experience
- Minimum 7 years as senior esthetician / massage therapist in 5-star environments.
- Demonstrated experience as trainer, lead therapist or training coordinator.
- Expert of advanced facial technologies and longevity-focused body treatments.
- Knowledge of active ingredients and cosmeceuticals.
- Manicure/pedicure and make-up artistry skills highly valued.
Language Proficiency
- Fluent English and French (mandatory).
- Additional languages highly valued.
