Responsibilities

• Construct and set concrete forms for footings, walls, and slabs to the desired depth and pitch.
• Ensure forms are properly built and aligned before each concrete pour.
• Load, haul, and carry materials and equipment to the work area.
• Bend, form, tie, and install rebar and wire mesh as needed.
• Install fixtures and hardware in freshly poured concrete.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site at the end of each day.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the foreman or superintendent.

Requirements

• Background in concrete or form work is required.
• Must be able to handle heavy materials and equipment on a regular basis..
• Knowledge of concrete forms, rebar, and general concrete construction.
• Comfortable operating hand and power tools.
• Available for overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable, punctual, and works well with a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
• Ability to pass a federal criminal background check and drug screening.
