The Electrical Sales Coach partners with technicians to elevate sales performance and execution.

TYPICAL DAY:

  • Remotely coach and support assigned technicians from the office
  • Join live customer conversations by phone and computer to guide outcomes
  • Ensure every service call gets a thorough, consistent evaluation
  • Help technicians clearly present good, better, and best service options
  • Lead virtual walkthroughs for equipment replacement opportunities
  • Collaborate with technicians to qualify leads and bring deals across the finish line
  • Ride along in person from time to time for hands-on development
  • Track performance and activity in our internal tools

Requirements

  • *2+ years in a high-performing sales role.
  • *Prior experience in residential services, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or general construction is highly preferred. 
  • Strong selling mindset and relationship-building skills.
  • A sense of urgency—you thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle interruptions like a pro.
  • Ability to follow and maintain processes with precision.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills. 
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability—you embrace change with a smile.
  • Comfortable coaching others, influencing decisions, and giving direct feedback
  • Positive team player who lifts the people around them
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across digital tools
