The Desire Company is seeking experienced Home Improvement and DIY Experts based in Bentonville, Arkansas to participate in paid brand projects with leading home, hardware, tools, and improvement brands. This is a great opportunity to use your hands-on expertise and product knowledge to collaborate on content that helps shoppers make confident purchase decisions.

Project Overview:

• Filming Location: Bentonville, AR (or surrounding areas; travel covered if required)
• Time on Set: Approximately 3–5 hours (half-day; subject to change)
• Final Deliverables: 1 Product Recommendation Video per project
• Starting At: $1,500
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product evaluations and provide expert insights related to tools, equipment, home improvement projects, repairs, and DIY solutions.
• Participate in a brief pre-production call to align on project goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with our production crew during on-site filming sessions.
• Communicate your professional recommendations in a clear, relatable manner.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated hands-on experience in home improvement, construction, or DIY, with a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Extensive knowledge of tools, materials, equipment, and home project best practices.
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking about your expertise on camera are highly valued.
