Night Operations Supervisor - Commercial Facilities at City Wide Facility Solutions

City Wide Facility Solutions is a building services management company expanding. We coordinate professional cleaning crews across commercial accounts and guarantee contract-level results. We’re hiring a Night Operations Supervisor to own scope compliance and quality oversight in the field.

This is primarily an inspection and oversight role. Each night you’ll drive a route of commercial buildings, verify that every item in the cleaning scope of work has been completed, coach crews where standards aren’t met, and report findings to leadership. In smaller buildings you may also perform hands-on cleaning or service tasks to round out the scope. You need to know commercial cleaning well enough to spot what’s right, what’s wrong, and how to fix it.

What you’ll do:

•       Conduct nightly quality control inspections across your assigned route, verifying full scope of work completion

•       Serve as the after-hours point of contact for clients and crew supervisors, Monday through Friday evenings

•       Enforce contract compliance by knowing each building’s daily, weekly, and monthly service requirements

•       Resolve service issues in real time with field-level decision-making authority

•       Perform hands-on cleaning or service work in smaller accounts as needed

•       Send detailed nightly recaps to your Facility Solutions Manager documenting results and follow-up items

•       Orient and coach new crews during their first nights in a building

•       Manage building access including keys, alarm codes, and entry procedures

This role reports to a Facility Solutions Manager and is part of our operations team. City Wide has a structured career framework. Requirements

Required:

•       1–2 years of experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial services, custodial operations, or facility management

•       Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and clean driving record

•       Smartphone proficiency for inspections, documentation, and real-time communication

•       Strong written and verbal communication skills

•       Ability to work independently after initial training period

•       Available Monday through Friday evenings, approximately 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

•       Must pass a background check

Preferred:

•       Prior supervisory or lead experience in cleaning, janitorial, or facility services

•       Bilingual English/Spanish

•       Experience with quality control inspections, building audits, or contract compliance

•       Familiarity with the Reno/Sparks/Carson City commercial market
