About the role
We are looking for a Founders Associate Intern to work directly with our CEO and shape how Finto operates and grows. This is not a support role - you'll be in the room where decisions happen, own real projects, and move fast across GTM and operations. You'll get a front-row seat to enterprise sales and early-stage hiring, learning the fundamentals of both from day one. We’re headquartered in Munich, with roots in San Francisco through Y Combinator.
What you’ll do
- Work side-by-side with the CEO on daily business - from sales processes and deal support to marketing messaging and hiring.
- Drive GTM initiatives: help prepare and follow sales conversations, sharpen our messaging, and support outreach to enterprise customers.
- Own recruiting operations: help identify, approach, and coordinate top talent as we scale the team.
- Build and improve internal processes and structures that keep a fast-moving company from breaking.
- Context-switch constantly - no two weeks look the same.
Requirements
What we’re looking for
- Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field - strong academic track record.
- Exceptionally smart and structured thinker who can get up to speed on anything fast.
- High agency - you don't wait to be told what to do, you figure it out and execute.
- Genuinely ambitious: you care about what you're building and want to grow into more responsibility over time.
- Clear communicator, comfortable working directly with founders in a high-speed environment.
- Grit - things will be unclear, fast, and sometimes messy. You thrive in that
