Description
As a key member of the Finance organization, our Controller will build, lead, manage, and scale the Company's core accounting function, including technical accounting, compliance, tax, and financial reporting. This individual will report to the Vice President of Finance and will collaborate closely with the Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and executive leadership. This individual will be responsible for the Company's financial processes, including implementing and maintaining an appropriate control environment, establishing accounting policies, ownership of core systems, and designing and executing process improvements.
You'll also play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Team to scale its workflows and implement best-in-class processes as we strive to keep pace with the company’s continued, fast-paced growth. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across Colorado and California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Colorado: Base salary range is $160k - $180k + Equity
California: Base salary range is $180k - $200k + Equity
