About the Role:

We are currently hiring a new member of the HX team who will own recruiting coordination and be the welcoming presence for Retro’s front desk. In this role, you will be in charge of all candidate scheduling and coordination and be the first point of contact for our visitors. This is the perfect role for gaining exposure to a fast-paced startup environment! You will report to the Human Experience lead.

About you:

You are outgoing and communicate well with many different types of people. You have a warm presence and enjoy making people feel welcomed. You’re organized and excited to grow your administrative and coordination skills. 

In this role, you will:

  • Own interview scheduling and ensure seamless coordination; providing high-touch, high-quality communication to candidates.

  • Act as communication bridge between hiring managers, candidates, and HX team. 

  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding tasks. 

  • Greet visitors and candidates (check-in, COVID tests administration, NDAs, etc.).

  • Help receive and organize packages for various teams.
  • Help host joe’s (CEO) visitors; check in, drinks, get them settled in the correct office, etc.

  • Be in charge of the front desk phone. 

  • Monitor parking lot, assisting with access when needed for visitors or deliveries.

  • Other duties as assigned; i.e. we’re a startup and we help where we’re needed. We have a humble, no-task-too-small attitude. 

  • You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have customer service, hospitality, office admin, or other similar experience.

  • Have proficiency with various software tools, including Google Suite and project/task management.

  • Have a positive attitude and friendly, open demeanor.

  • Take initiative and have a desire to gain experience working in a startup environment.

  • Have an interest in science and longevity and extending healthy human lifespan!
